You'll never get though to these dumb kids ...they have been brainwashed to believe pot is worse then alcohol. .but the truth is alcohol is worse....and so are prescription drugs...

The pill epidemic (which inevitably lead back to heroine) is real around here and has killed a lot of towns. Even in today's world, not sure how people are still preaching the "dangers of pot"...blows my -blam!-ing mind

However, I've seen a lot of dumbass alcoholics, and I've also seen a lot of dumbass stoners. I'm all for legalizing marijuana, and taxing it like they do alcohol / tobacco. It would cut down on the illegal drug trade, bring that money that would otherwise go to financing cartels and their agenda's back into the local economy plus if people had a safe, legal way to buy marijuana it would prevent them from being exposed and possibly addicted to harder drugs like heroin, crack/cocaine, meth etc.

Look I'm all for weed I smoke all day long, but I do remember one case of someone dying from weed but it was due to them being allergic

There's no way of knowing if pot has killed someone. I'm sure someone with bad asthma could rip a cone and have a serious asthma attack which could lead to death, but as I said u can't prove that point either way

Not by the drug itself. But driving while high can be just as dangerous as drunk driving. It slows the hell out of your reaction times and can impair vision. Not things you want to have happen when you get behind the wheel...

To an extent. But the problem is, it's not like Ritalin or Concerta where you have a guaranteed exact dosage every time that can be perfectly match to a person's body mass and level of ADHD. Different strains of weed can be wildly potent and you have no idea how much THC you're actually taking in. There's zero quality control or standardization when it comes to weed.

If its regulated they can know how much THC is in each plant and just let you know ritalin is a horrible drug and if you give it to anybody you're just silly and ridiculous and you need some education

Already in med school. How much more education am I supposed to get, exactly? You want to let me know where you got your MD and we can compare notes? Because when prescribed correctly, Ritalin is a perfectly safe drug that helps many children and adults concentrate better. The problem isn't the drug, it's that ADD and ADHD are horribly over diagnosed and there's really no foolproof test for each. Prescribing ANY med to someone who doesn't need it can be dangerous.

Those are drugs also but most of the drugs a doctor gives you have more bad side effects the weed....did you know most people with adhd don't really. Have it..plus as an adult it's harder to get it the a kid...but anyways I have self control and only take a few drag once a day..and it helps slow me down to a normal lvl...but it all about money with most ..they will always put you on something.that does not work just to make money...

The average medication takes ten-twelve years and millions, if not billions of dollars to develop to make sure it works correctly and is safe for patients to use. Sorry, but after a billion dollar investment to develop Concerta specifically to help children, we A) didn't waste all that time and money just so it "won't work" and B) aren't giving this stuff away for nothing. We want to help people, but researchers worked hard and dedicated years of their lives to make these medicines. They deserve to be paid fairly for their work.

But the company's love money and pay off the fda....and also pay doctor to give it out..also most kids don't need pills...kids are always hyper and don't pay attention ..but if your an adult and that happens then that's the ones that need drugs/pills...

They are a company. Yes, they want to make money, but they do that by making the safest and most effective drug out there. You are right that ADHD is horribly over-diagnosed. Sometimes kids are just hyper. But ADHD is still a real disorder and for some of those kids, they really do need medication in order to focus. I was one of them. I was a hyper little banshee and then my doctor put me on Concerta. My grades shot up, I made honor roll, I was able to jump to the top of my class, and I got into med school. So forgive me for not believing that these doctors are "just in it for the money" or the drugs "don't work"...
