They rarely ban people for doing PVE glitches they will ban for pvp.

Bungie should, in my opinion, spend more time programming new content than worrying about some kid getting to take [i]the exact same RNG chance with a little less effort.[/i] He still gets to ask the favor of RNGesus once per week like everybody else.
