Yeah. What it's telling me is Completly fake. Can't sign in. Can't play. No store. Every other internet connected device in my house is connected. I'm thinking hard restart.

Check Twitter. It's your best bet to see if it is in your end or theirs and they'll be able to help.

You have to take that service status page with a grain of salt. I've seen it off by hours or just wrong, e.g., Live login services unavailable, but the status page never reflects it.
-
Ya that's true, but it is a good place to start. A better one is Twitter because if it is a problem like Live being down I'd imagine it's flooded with tweets about it and probably an answer.
-
Absolutely. Twitter is better for almost real-time info, and the Xbox support Twitter accounts are actually pretty good.
-
It's fantastic! I've had to use it to help my younger brother with problems whether it is with live or his Xbox One. Saves a lot of time instead of calling support or live chat problems.

Nice one Sailor, I am on my Xbox one now and seems fine. Good link =}

Thanks :) you would be surprised at how many people don't know about this. I don't know if nintendo has one but I know for sure Xbox and Sony has one.

Edited by Reign of Bane: 12/18/2014 5:50:05 PMYes I use it for my Xbox if there's a problem, I used the Sony one for the PS3 when the first hack happened and I couldn't get online. Useful link for others though, not sure if Nintendo has one either. =}
