It's a common chaser drop from defeating crota, I believer everyone gets it on their first kill. If you like add me to friends list and we are running the raid again for other members of our clan and I'm more than happy to bring you along if you have the proper weapons.

That would be wicked great! Haven't done new raid yet but have watched several videos of people doing it. I don't have ice breaker or Horn :(

Any rocket that tracks and is maxed out is all you really need, the rest is the person with the sword to do the work.
