I think destiny team just went with gorgons because they went off Minotaurs. Which where man beasts meant to guard mazes, Which would have made more sense. Are harpies Greek? I also seen a few reddit posts about harpies also being related to Norse somehow, I though that guy was on crack but I don't know.
