Max 2/4 raid gear gets you 29. Max 4/4 raid gear gets you to 30. Add the Dark Below: New max blue gear maxed should get 28 Max vendor gear should get 29 Max 2/4 raid gear with TDB vendor gear gets you 30 Max 2/4 new raid gear with old raid gear or new vendor gear gets you 31 Max 4/4 TDB raid gear gets you 32 This is a rough draft, but allowing old raid gear to have a bit more value in the expansion is very important. Also, for the love, change the way light level is calculated, everyone got so pumped about 33 light gear getting us to 33, until we realized it doesn't go off the average, like it appeared to before.
