Also the Orgres don't come after a full rotation as you stated.
They appear once he's at the left. We kill BOTH of them every single time before he ever returns to center and have to sit and wait for him to go back to center. More importantly though just the way the timing works out, it's always after the 2nd run at him with the sword.

When he goes back middle from the right we have to rotate down to the middle room (we start on the left) and wait for the ogres, when we come out, he is on the left though, and it's usually perfect timing for him to be in the middle when we kill the next swordbearer. It is usually two swords. But that's also because the rotation lines up with the swords almost exactly (maybe his rotation denotes when the swordbearers come out? Because sometimes they are up right away, and sometimes we have to wait for one?). I wasn't thinking about it when I posted, I'll edit it to reflect that.
