last statement is so true, hunters get supers, and what else? they get -blam!-ing shot down waving the gun around for ten seconds before they can do shit to anybody, and the second they activate it and die they don't get it back, whereas the other classes do. hunters need a huge buff, the supers that are impossible to use without dying are bs to make up for everything else being shit

Well, Tripmine is the only grenade in the game that can OHKO without sticking (if the enemy has low Armor) and lasts the longest of all denial grenades. Golden Gun is solid and Double Jump is good for fast movement. Their melee sucks, but can be useful when used well. Bladedancer is pretty strong overall; Blink helps them a lot. IMO, Titans have everything crap to the same degree. Both Titan melee have the range of the knife, only the Defender's has a decent effect and only after the target is already dead. None of their grenades can clean up kill and their denial grenades are extremely visible and easy to avoid. Neither subclass can Blink, which is huge in PvP. Basically Defender gets Ward of Dawn, which can be shut down by all other Supers and even Special weapons. Striker gets FoH but that doesn't go too far in non-Control modes and SC is countered easily with Shotguns. Plus we have the worst stat for high level play; Armor. Most notable guns kill in the same number of headshots, regardless of Armor level. Warlocks seem to have the best time. Sunsinger has the best melee in the game by far, a myriad of grenade options and a versatile, if somewhat hard to use, Super. You don't get the speed or auto aim, but it's got the damage resistance, OHKO melee, endless grenades and OHKO Solar Sniper Rifle if you use Touch of Flame. Voidwalker is similarly versatile. Good everything, plus Blink.

  • landmines are good, I guess, kinda bad cooldown and are really awkward to aim. and if you use that, NO ARC BLADE well, bad part is: magnetic is a double hit, so if you're anywhere near you die, besides it track sticks flux also insta kills, but it sucks and is impossible to aim. fusion -blam!-ing tracks you to stick you and has an incredible radius dammit! titans are great, idk what you're talking about, storm fist overload with insta regen? everyone dies, shoulder charge? no cooldown? BS. fist of havoc can kill people two stories above you and magnetic, lightning and the last void grenades(can't remember, not the suction ones) are great. blink doesn't matter, just be like everyone and tote around a suros and a verdict, you can't lose even if you're retarded. agreed warlocks are op pieces of -blam!-, kill them all :D

Trust me when I say that Magnetic is not much better than Flux/Fusion. I have never gotten a kill with it, ever, without it sticking. I've landed it 2m beside people and done 10 points of damage. Just like Fusion/Flux they tend to bend around targets, etcetera. They all OHKO and have some tracking. Magnetic does slightly more damage next to targets overall but the range is so bad that it's extremely rare to get a kill this way; it needs to be directly under the enemy and IMO, that's a deserved kill if they don't move. Storm Fist instant regen is mostly useless. It only activates what, 50% of the time and what does it do? It lets you use Storm Fist again? It's still a 2HKO. It just adds ~20% damage. So you can use your useless melee ability twice, sometimes. It's only useful if you pepper someone with an AR and then punch them and the range still sucks. Overcharge adds an AoE but no one bunches up enough, Transfusion is okay but then it's a crappy Energy Drain... Amplify is somewhat useful but the effect is very small. Shoulder Charge? Use Quickdraw with a Shotgun. Run at target, pull trigger. Congratulations, running OHKO attack but it can be fired multiple times in succession without a wind up. SC is very overrated. It somewhat useful since it procs Transfusion but, really... it relies on the opponent being bad as much as the user being good. It seems OP because you instantly die and see it was a Titan but they could've just killed you with any Shotgun and it would've been even easier, unless you were both in the air. The exception is when you trade from the front but they don't get damage resistance, so this is just a product of severe lag. Blink does matter. Even if you tote around a Verdict like everyone else, if you have a 10m OHKO range, you need a way to get into it.

  • I've played as a titan in crucible and my favorite thing to do (due to my indifference to most weapons, especially the classic auto and shotty combo) is charge, it almost never fails me, unless the guy has a shotgun, and im talking about storm fist overload, the insta kill melee perk. I've used and been killed by magnetic and SC way to many times, the only thing that beats the ratio of my death from that is supers, suros and shotguns. also not sure if you realized(not sure if this is a glitch or not) but SC can transfer across an through multiple targets if you position it right, I took out three people with one charge lol. warlock is definitely best but I like my hunter the most for arc blade and the grenades, i'm done with pvp now though with necrochasms going to be everywhere D:

  • Well, unless you have a different account you've only used your Titan in PvP 5 times? Also, Overcharge is a OHKO? The AoE Storm Fist perk (discharge) or the reset one (overload)? I get Shoulder Charged once every two matches, maybe once every three. Same with Magnetic grenade. Meanwhile I get killed by Tripmines and Fusion grenades all day long. SC might rarely kill two or three for one but I've never done it. Shotguns are carried by probably over half the population and usually trump SC. So does watching the tracker and backing away from doors with a Fusion Rifle. Even with a FR I kill Strikers going in for an SC more than they kill me. You can just back pedal and blast them, Blink away or throw a sticky on them.

  • no I played at my friend house on his acct, he's kina bad and hates crucible so I played for him, my titan is terrible lol I never play as her. and sorry I meant the discharge not the overload. discharge is insta kill for me on 360, idk, glitch? but whatever this is a pointless argument, warlocks win end of story :P
