All Destiny Ghosts were fixed about a month ago. You're likely missing the one ins the Rasputin bunker and one of the TV screen in the Train Station on Mars. I forget the area name. This fix was never included in the patch notes.

The Darkness 3 ghost is still not showing up for me when I go to the spot. I have 63 dead ghosts and have yet to get the Rasputin ones.

Well I can tell you there are 3 dead ghosts each on the the dcl missions
