To be fair I think too much emphasis is placed on fake 30 being what gear you have on, in my opinion what gear you wear shouldn't matter, I am level 30 with IB gear but I have ran the raid loads with two titans ,I have my second on level 29, just need the same bit of raid gear for both ,I help new players through the raid when ever I can, I take 29s through on hard (also some 28s), that to me is what being a real 30 is all about, I have even helped people through the raid and they have got their raid armour and I got the same old shit, if you was on Ps4 I would have helped you out no worries.

you have completed the raid 16 times over 2 chars. not what I would call loads but you have some experience with the raid.

Yeah completed 16 times, but ran them all the way through. Played lots more than that mostly getting new people to certain check points and having to Jiumpout (mostly due to having a life!) you can't seriously believe that people who have completed the raid many times haven't just hijacked various check points over and over again, I play with my clan of 6 and we wait until we are all online, I think you need to consider the many possibiltys thatn can contribute to being experienced. A little one dimensional I think!!!
