I run a clan with a couple friends called [RAID] (Raid As In Destroy). We specialize in the raid, and every member knows what to do in every scenario when we play Raids. We also do The dailys, Weeklys etc. Every member has to pass a trial period, and have 2 admin Vouches to be accepted. How do you get a voucher? Simple. You play a few missions with us, we review how you play. From there, we will then decide if you are a good enough player to join the clan. If we deem you capable, we will then complete 1 or more Raids to view how well you play, and how well you communicate, and listen to what the admins say (The admins or myself lead the Raid). Once the trials are complete we will speak to each other to decide if you are a)Good Enough and are accepted, b)Not Bad, but need a little work (Run a few more raids and get used to it), or c) You are not what we are looking for and are denied. Members of our clan will stop playing another game and come on destiny if a Raid is being set up, and we all help each other out by doing the raid multiple times for second/third characters, or for clan members that were not online and still have to do it. Anyone is welcome to apply, however we take raiding quite seriously, and I ask that you do the same. We believe in speed and efficiency of messing around and taking hours to complete it.
