Thorn is the Hardest Exotic to get in the game currently. You need to fight with the RNG to get the bounty, and the bounty itself is a bitch. It deserves to be one of the best guns in the game.

Level doesn't matter so people need to start saving those accelerated coil fusions, those naughty little shotguns, stable snipers, lovely rocket launchers from early on. Now I do the bounty every few days, I use iron banner fusion, truth and either voc or red hand incase I need to get more special.

BS. The thorn was so easy to get. I mean, I guess if you suck at crucible so bad that you can't stay above a 1.0 k/d with a special weapon or suck at killing xyor. It got buffed way too much and I'm kind of pissed about it. I was good with it in crucible because I had that precision down and no one else had the skill to use it. Now, everyone uses it and it pisses me off to no end because, Like the author of this post said, it is just like any other hand cannon with added perks
