Taste wise, you are correct. Health wise, that is a lot of saturated fatty acids for one meal. It might cause you to be a little sluggish in your day as your process it. My wife and I have been making this one breakfast that can incorporate the things we all love like bacon and eggs and also a vegetable. Take a rice cake, cook up some bacon and eggs and put two strips of bacon on the rice cake, then add a layer of cooked spinach and top with an egg and pinch of cheese. It's really tasty and adds a vegetable. Pair with a fruit and glass of milk/water and you have a well balanced breakfast while eating bacon!! Bacon FTW Freddy J

Ewww to rice cakes and heck no to veg/fruit. It may not be good for my body but its good for my soul and thats all that we get at the end of our life. I think its cool you know this stuff not putting you down i hope. But when i get hit by a bus i can say at least i had that amazing breakfast :D
