You're going to have packs of thralls tailing you it will be worse than the phogoth nightfall fight so you need a large AOE to hit as many as possible, I don't know if Tripmines have a large AOE, but I would go with the Swarm grenade.

Thanks for your comments. I guess I should also consider the swarm grenade and see the effectiveness. Tripmine gives large amount of damage but the area of effectiveness wise, I am not so sure.
