Yes! Let's have him wear a Burqa when he's in public too!
Seriously, religion is a personal thing there's no need to push it into everything.
I get that Christmas is a big festival but not everyone is Christian, and there'd be A HUGE kick up if Xûr didn't sell anything until after last light to celebrate Ramadan!
I'm a Christian, I'm not a very good one, but be respectful of other faiths guys.
EDIT: I'm not taking away anyone's fun, it's just where would you draw the line morally? I'm intrested to hear sensible replies.

Santa isn't religious. If it was something with Jesus, then yes it would be religion. But seriously though, Christmas is hardly about religion anymore. It's about the almighty dollar and getting gifts.

You do know that christmas has nothing to do with Christianity right? It was adopted as a Christian festival but the origins are from Nordic pagan festivals. Loads of people with different religions/atheists celebrate christmas and they don't think of it as religious at all, mostly. Jesus wasn't even born in December lol

You should be respectful of your own faith before worrying about everyone else's. As Christians we are called on to spread the Good News. As part of that, the last thing we want to do is stifle our voice by catering to every overly sensitive non-Christian.

Yea its just a hat. If other people with other religions kick up a fuss then they should just end their life on the spot for being a twat.
-
And the Santa we all know and love is a coca cola thing not a religious thing.
-
You give Christians a bad name.

Are you saying that christmas is only for christians?...also it's just a hat, chesus crust man
