agreed with every thing except vote to kick options, to easy to abuse it. some folks even use it just to kick "noobs" ranking system already in place for 21-30 since you can only attain levels via gear. I would suggest adding additional stats for search parameters such as with VoG "Void weapons required for secondary and special weapons."
