I know you posted this a few hours ago, hopefully you got everything working. But if you havent, it looks like you just need to do a power cycle. Take a look at the article I'm providing, should help with your issue (if you haven't already fixed it).

Hey X, it's still going on I think it is my wifi because my phone keeps disconnecting as well. I will be making a phone call to Comcast and see if that helps

Yeah I have been for a long time and I haven't had a problem until just recently

Yeah those xfinitys all have been having problems since the last patch. My buddy has the same issue.
