Apparently you haven't heard! The reason Destiny's reviews are lower than expected isn't because Bungie made a crap game, it's the critic's fault for only playing 9 hours!
The notion is ridiculous, if you wish for a source google "Destiny" and click the "news" tab.

I would be extremely surprised if even one reviewer played the game enough to get a single legendary item, other than the one you get at the end of the story.

I must agree with that. You can't do shit in one day. I spent a lot of time with frienss playing Destiny and even though it is repeatable and there is nothing new to do after getting 30 it still is awesome to play with friends.

You don't need to get awesome loot to tell how good this game is (or isn't, imo). According to one of the other comments gamespot put over 24 hours into this game. So how is that not enough time? The point of comment should be clear: Bungie needs to stop blaming other people, take responsibility, and fix their game.

I agree there is a lot that need mending and tweaking so I'll give you that things like vog and servers for one.

I'd also like to see free dlc after these first 2, since these 2 "dlcs" are more than likely already on disk. That being said, I agree the issues you raised should be priority. On a side-note if you haven't played DA:I yet, I highly encourage all to do so. That game is everything Destiny promised to be in a different genre of gaming. Wide open landscapes, large explorable regions, tons of variety in quests, and 80+ hours of non-repetitive gameplay. I think it will be in contention for GOTY imo, and should encourage Bioware to stay on this track (as opposed to their failures with ME3's ending, and DA2).

Yeah I'll try it and Destiny has a chance to be a great game hopefully bungie nips the problems in the bud and gets it back on track soon before its to late.
