I am lvl 10 Fwc and no shader, I was under the impression I would be able to buy shader at lvl 10. RNG for anything with postmaster is crap, if I level up I should get something.

I was on another forum like this one and there are people who finally got one at 19 and others got both at 8. It is kind of stupid to have it all on luck. At least give use a chance to get it for sure.
