I would like to see Public Events in the Crucible. Many of the maps are based on the premise that the presence of the Guardians fighting there also fulfill a scout or early warning role in addition to training. It would be interesting if, during a Crucible match, there was the possibility of invasion by the enemy. During a Control match on Shores of Time, the Vex start teleporting in and the teams must work together to hold the control points for a certain amount of time. During a Clash match on Rusted Lands, the Hive invade and the teams must work together to kill a certain number of them before time runs out. These events would be random of course, or follow a formula similar to the ones during patrols. Points and reputation gained this way would still be Crucible reputation. Thoughts?
