Proximity is all you need on a rocket launcher. Truth is a waste of an exotic slot. If you dont just have a basic legendary with proximity youre doing it wrong.

proximity throws off the aim on rocket launchers if aiming between people to get a multi kill you will likely miss. Food for thought
