Even if it is a cheap one from gamestop, pawn, or other it can make a difference. I have the goal of running the raid with people who can understand the raid. For this I am suggesting watching how to video's and reading guides for the raid. These are good to do for anyone, but if you don't have a microphone it is even more important. I say this as I did not have a mic and could barely hear people, but now that I do I hear anyone and everyone. It makes a huge difference. I do not mind playing with anyone, but I do hope we will have raid teams for those new to the raid and those who have experience.
