Same here lv 28 heroic none of us got the strange coins. Also did nightfall and no legendary reward and no flaming head in tower. Hopefully someone will correct this. Seems that bungie doesnt care at all

Yeah, sadly. I wasn't aware of this problem until it happened to me, and now that I've searched it up, it seems like it's happening to quite a few people. No real response from Bungie though.
