Some of us arnt as good as u young bunny hopping sharp-shooters,and dont wanna let the team down.... i played in my 1st fireteam last night, trying the weekly and we got our asses totally kicked ! we're all about lvl 24... and i dont have all those funky weapons, just a couple of legendaries from the tower (i only ever saw one purple engram drop, at the divide, from a fallen ! it was Bad seed down, which is ok, but... ) I too have tried solo as i always have on missions since the patch, and like most say its TOUGH these days, with very few drops of any worth !! so upgrading is slow...... just stuff bought at the tower, all u guys who are 'geared up' thro whatever means, enjoy your experience, and dont look down on us 'grinders' :( I so i doubt i will ever see inside the VoG I also doubt i will play much longer too, as its now boring doing the same ritual for not much reward..... sorry Bungie, you were a blast :)

How does wanting to play solo mean you have social issues? For decades prior to online gaming did people not play video games? Was Nintendo a sign of most people being antisocial? Some of us use games to escape people and reality for awhile. If I want to be social I will actually go outside and talk to people.

A lot of solo players are RPG gamer's... I'm an RPG nerd myself... And i prefer to solo in games... I build my class to solo... So Bungie killed Destiny for a LOT of players by messing with solo play...
