While all the others I feel are self-explanatory, I will explain why I feel Digital Downloads and Pre-Loading is wrong IMHO. The convenience is great that's obvious what may not be is it is not as competitively priced if they have a captive market, competition is good. Used game market will also die.
There may be others I have have missed or couldn't fit in, so please feel free to list other concerns you have if I have not included them or comment on the poll options above if you want.
Edit: [b]Dishonourable mentions
Pre-orders & Day 1DLC
Split screen not being included as standard.

I guess I'd definitely pick unfinished and broken games
-
Holy shit most are the most concerning!!!! How do I pick more than one?!?!?

The trend of modern games ditching splitscreen is a big one for me. Playing games with friends by my sides is the best way to do it in my opinion.

Unfinished games put out cut content marketed as DLC, with shit tons of false advertising, always online, requiring 4+ Gb of download to play on broken servers.
In other words, destiny.
I agree with everyone else with on broken games. It's a bad tactic that developers seem to be pushing games out unfinished and seem untested to hurry and in a month put out a patch to fix the bugs that most likely should be fixed.
