I keep getting returned to orbit.
It says leaving fireteam and returning to orbit and I'm not even in a fireteam. It's really frustrating because I can't finish anything without it returning me to orbit.

I as well as quite a few people are having similar issues, and of course there is no comment from Bungie. I've had this issue ever since the latest patch. Right now I would settle for just some kind of acknowledgement of the issue but thats asking a bit much.
