Brown was a good distance away from Wilson, and was unarmed. Wilson sustained extremely minor injuries (very light bruising to the face). Brown was shot numerous times, and Wilson paused during the shooting, and continued shooting.
Brown was murdered. If you can't understand that, you don't understand the law.

So wait, blood inside of the car, Michael Brown's DNA being on the trigger handle of the gun (which he attempted to grab), multiple autopsies reporting that the shots that hit MB all match the story told by the officer and the only consistent eye witnesses, blood spatters being found 20+ feet away from behind body (tell me he was just speedwalking toward the officer, say it with a straight face. He was charging), no evidence that he had his hands up and was surrendering (autopsies would have been able to tell based on muscle trauma).. All of that being actual, physical evidence, and you don't believe any of it? You believe the "eye witnesses" whose stories were change, inconsistent with the evidence or were recanted after admitting to making it up? The hell is wrong with people these days. It's tragic that someone died, but there is no reason to persecute Darren Wilson and claim he's both a liar and murderer.
-
He charged him so he shot him he was scared the guy was 6'5 and 300 pounds not to mention the fact brown called him a pus*y, punched him in the face, and Reyes to take his gun after slamming Darren's car door shut when he was trying to get out in the end it was in self defense
-
Let me ask you, what is the height and weight of Darren Wilson? And your version of the story is even less believable than Darren Wilson's, somehow.
-
His height is 6'2 250 but when someone the size of brown is charging at you with his head down and fist raised its irrelevant at that point all you are thinking about is how to survive
-
Edited by Two Nuhh: 11/26/2014 4:32:44 AMIf you think that's what happened, that that was all that happened.... have another look at the evidence. Brown clearly charged Wilson. When is that not grounds for being shot dead?
-
So he was a good distance away, but the officer still sustained injuries. So was Brown throwing things at him? Nice contradiction you spaz
-
There's a very slight bruise on his face, and you assume its from Michael Brown? I thought you Darren Wilson defenders were all about "You weren't there" and "lets wait for the full evidence". http://static5.businessinsider.com/image/5474855ceab8ea4628222db7-2200-1461/rtr4ffr7.jpg THIS is the full evidence. THIS is not worth killing someone for.
-
So just wait until you're just holding onto life to defend yourself, right? Don't stop it before it happens, right? Because, self defense is for when you're already half dead and broken, right?
-
Running from the police and not stopping is worth getting killed for

Go back under your bridge.

Edited by PVBeachin: 11/25/2014 11:17:06 PMAs said below, the officer had injuries from the guy, so it wasn't long distance.
-
Except he didn't have injuries, he has VERY light bruising there's no evidence to correlate that to brown
-
One problem... there was only one gun wound on brown. You guys hear saying all these rumors on him are pathetic
-
One problem....thats completely false. http://media3.s-nbcnews.com/i/newscms/2014_34/622626/privateautopsy_0a27c936021fe645e368dde80d115aeb.png

That is by far the worst fake I have ever seen in my life
but here's a cookie for trying
http://graphics8.nytimes.com/newsgraphics/2014/11/24/ferguson-evidence/assets/reports/2014-5143-autopsy-report.pdf Go ahead, read the official autopsy for yourself.
-
Much better... but even with the case number the said page is not a legal represention of an autopsy as it is missing all of the sign offs and names which this is missing... basicly from any legal standpoint all your showing me is a bunch of medical words with no legal meaning as there is no medical practice sign off on any of the pages
oh and the bullet map doest match this to boot
-
http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2014/11/25/us/evidence-released-in-michael-brown-case.html?_r=0 The autopsy was one of these legal documents being reported by the New York Times. Rational people see evidence and decide what to believe. You're doing it backwards. I don't care if you don't like the evidence. Its evidence.
-
Wrong rational people only listen to credible sources... and while those WOULD be but they are missing the signitures that make them legal, the diagram doesn't match the autopsy and missing the case number which make them all legal
-
Edited by Prototape: 11/25/2014 10:30:01 PMI heard Wilson is the illuminati.
-
Brown was not at a good distance. Brown charged wilson. Wilson sustained injuries. Guilty as charged.
-
The evidence says that there was a scuffle between Wilson and Brown, no one is disputing that. http://static5.businessinsider.com/image/5474855ceab8ea4628222db7-2200-1461/rtr4ffr7.jpg But this is the injury sustained by Wilson. I've hurt myself more from shaving. Just because an officer is involved in a physical altercation, does not give him the right to use lethal force. Cops are always tackling people to the ground, but if you dare to try to defend yourself, you're a dead man. Wilson's injuries could have been from an accidental elbow to the face during the attempted arrest, and does not at all point towards a life threatening situation.
-
Okay stop your stupid at "brown scuffled with cop" in my brain I already hear gun shots and cops high fiving each other. YOU DONT -blam!-ING FIGHT WITH COPS why dont ghetto idiots get that, they think they are so entitled to there food stamps they dont have to listen to law enforcement
-
Ah. Wilson was in his cop car the whole time, and that looks bruised. As in, not sustainable by stabbing yourself with a razor. *Cough cough*
