You are not being ignored. We have a few user's in the same state and have been investigating the cause. I believe we understand the problem and have a solution in the works. I will update this thread when I have more information to share.

Is there any way you guys could remotely switch my account back to representing my clan since I'm unable to do it myself for the time being? I'm in it i just don't have the clan tag showing on my banner.

You need to sign into Bungie.net with your PSN or Microsoft Account that is connected to the game console you have been playing from. The help article above and the FAQ it links to explain how to do this.
