14 between 3 characters? That averages to less than 5 per character. Little unlucky, but not terrible. 14 on one character would be terrible.

Keep in mind that since each roll is an independent event, it doesn't actually matter. 14 raids without gear is 14 raids without gear.

I get that, just saying that it would translate into 4.5 raids without gear for a person with one character. Frustrating, but if they are all normal raids, not the worst I've seen. But like he said 12 are on one character, and I can understand that frustration. I used multiple Titans to get my set, and it took probably 12 with a couple hard mode. Got lucky on a hunter and got 4 pieces in 2 weeks. I was fairly lucky, but I also got myself more chances with alts. More chances does not equal better chances, but it definitely helps time-wise.

Nah if he doesn't get gear it is still like 14 raids with no gear. It's like 3 people each on 4.5 raids getting nothing.

Okay, my fault. That is pretty bad luck on the lock. Is it 29? Take advantage of the hard raid If you're not already, even if you only can do a couple easy checkpoints. Normal seems to be pretty sucky on gear. And if you are running hard, do it instead of normal.
