I've had my fun with the suros, you can nerf the AR sniper now.
Now that Iron Banner has come and gone and I whored the Suros for all it was worth to finally get the missing armor the raid has denied me for months, you have my blessing to nerf the that ridiculous weapon. I'll freely admit to using that thing as a crutch the way sunsingers use self rez during the raid. Weapon is way too accurate and kills way too quickly to be an AR. It is really just a full auto sniper with a lot of bullets. It was fun while it lasted, please kill it and buff the harder to use weapons.

1 ReplyEverybody wants the Suros nerfed, but at least it's a -blam!-ing primary weapon that's actually getting used. Honestly, all these people complaining-- how often do you actually die at the hands of a Suros VS at the hands of shotguns/fusion rifles? Personally, I'll take a death from any primary over a fusion rifle.

Suros is an exotic serving the purpose of a more powerful and balnced weapon. If anything they need to bump up the level cap so you little kids stop whining. Pretty soon everything will be nerfed and we'll be playing with rubber bands and foam noodles just because a couple 12 year olds couldn't handle loosing a couple matches. Quit your whining.

7 RepliesIf they nerf suros a lot of ppl will stop playing pvp. Cause it'll become too hard for them. And the ppl that are actually good um pvp won't care if it's nerfed or not. Pvp is MUCH more than just picking your weapons imo.

This weapon have ppl how are a fan of it some ppl even bought the emblem of sours that's how big and famous this weapon is. It have the biggest fan base in Destiny community as a weapon. I think this weapon will have a nerf in the next update and I hate the idea of nerfing in general.

3 RepliesNegative ghost rider. They need to just make the kther weapons more competitive. The AR range is fine. The suros is fine. Why would you want one of the only properly working exotics nerfed? Makes no sense. All the maps except the 2 larger ones have almost no place you can see another person where you shouldnt be able to hit them with good aim with your AR. And on the 2 large maps there are many places that the AR just cant reach, like it should be. Maybe if you hate playing against ARs you should stick to the large maps.

My suggestion: Bungie should give for PVP all weapon classes exactly the same stats. No matter if somebody sports e.g. an auto rifle like Suros or Red Death, both have the same stats. Just give exotics slightly better stats than legendaries, legendaries > rare and so on. Now player only have to decide what weapon class they want to use in each slot and which slot is occupied by the slightly stronger exotic. This could make PVP more skill based and balanced. For PVE keep current more diverse weapon system and logic. PS: i suck in PVP. But i hate to see the PVE balanced OR BROKEN over it.

7 Repliesthey need to buff other weapons if they nerf suros then people start using other autos most likely the shadow price which doesnt solve the problem at all. also i dont find suros dominating in pvp/iron banner i have no problem countering them with my shadow do note that i have a shadow with third eye and a superb stability compared to the average shadow. but back to topic the other weapons need a buff this is something i felt from day one of destiny after the shadow i use my hawkmoon but will never use a pulse or scout or even most handcannons it wasnt untill i got a handcannon from the first banner that i started to like them and the hawkmoon soon after which made me love them. the weapon types wherent desinged to be eqeul but this difference between the weapons is redicules. buff dont nerf.
