Don't be a follower, lead by example. Show them what your doing and how it's actually working.

you can win faster by recapping flags then gaurding 2. if all 6 of you move as a team, then you can win in 3 minutes. Or at least that is what happened to me. 6*100+ any kills you get+ bonus for assult/defends.

First off, you have a lone wolf medal, which sort of negates your point. Second off, judging by your stats (1.3 k/d, 42% win ratio) you're not rolling teams in 3 minutes. Lastly, that strategy is moronic. All my team would have to do is pick you off one by one with a sniper while you stupidly ran around the map with no real strategy. This would cause some of your players to spawn away from you as well, which would be easy kills for us. We would post up on our flags and light you up as you ran around like lemmings towards objectives together.

i had 3 hunters, deleted one for a titan due to boredom. Also, check my clan out- its just me and my wife that play. used to be a part of the 51st and steamroll but it was full of teens constantly bragging about how big thier guns are. i have 1 lone wolf medal for sniping on moon base for crucible bounty. 6v3 and you imagine you could win. good luck. Sniping is a good point, but aside from 2 maps out of the control playlist i dont see that happening. even then, the same can be said for your team since we did flip spawns.

You hang in back and only have a .71 KD? Not criticizing just curious how do you so bad camping in back?

I don't camp. My k/d sucks because I started out bad. In IronBanner I did better. I still have crappy games now and then but normally now my k/d is 1 or close to it. It's just my k/d was so bad at the start it will take me awhile to raise it. Sometimes I drink and play crucible. Those games are usually bad. It's not that I don't go with my teammates I just don't lead.

Ok that makes total sense. My main Warlock only has a 1.05 KD because that is what I started with. My Titan I created a couple weeks ago is a 1.44 KD. I'm a better player now and it shows. I only asked because you said you prefer to hang back and stick to the shadows.
