Destiny is so much fun, do you agree?
-blam!- THIS GAME. I have been playing destiny since the start, and I have never been given an exotic bounty.
I handed in 5 bounties at once several times, and I just handed in 10 bounties at the same time, and I still didn't get an exotic bounty, If Bungie doesn't send me an OP exotic (like the Vex Mythoclast) I don't think I will ever play another Bungie game again.
Bungie, if you want Pro_AverageGamer to continue playing your games you better get this fixed, because I am a very angry gamer right now

That is BS. Exotic Bounties are randomized. And turning in bounties only slightly boosts you chance on getting an exotic and second, are you wearing a faction item? Those make it so you can't get an exotic bounty.
