In a lot of games you often get two types of gamers, ones that play the story more and ones that play multiplayer more, I think its only fair they give the chance for both types of players to have the equal possibility to get to the highest rank, totally understand that a lot of people enjoy playing both though but a lot of players also prefer to play one or the other

Exactly. Even though I hate defending the PVP on this game, that's what the IB was for this time. For the PVP players that want a better chance at hitting 30. Either way, you HAVE to do the raid to hit 30. Until two weeks from now that is lmao.
