There are very rare VIP kill missions called Troll Patrol. These missions spawn a miniboss thats on par to a public event target. Things can get pretty interesting when you get one of those

What?! There is not ONE enemy on patrol I CAN'T kill with a super (or half a super) they are generally weaker than most majors mate! I have yet to see one as powerful as one in an event, not even close!

No Randal the Vandal, or that Hydra under the Citadel on Venus? They're actually pretty tough.

Ahhhh, yes - now that you mention it, yes, the Hydra isn't easy....but its very rare to see very high level targets, there are ultras that can be found that are FAR tougher. Its done on purpose for lower level players, so they can complete the target missions as well.
