I do believe there will be upgrades in Destinys future, since you can already RE roll stat bonuses on IB weps. But "if" it's about upgrading [i]specific[/i] weapons only, it makes finding the blue-to-legendary weapons that more fun (for me anyway). Good point you brought up. Hope Bungie clarifies it in the future without being vague. ;o)
