You do realize that you will need to be lvl 29-30 to do the raid on NORMAL right?

It's set for 28 so I'm sure being 28 will be a little harder but still beatable like doing vog as a 26. If it's setup the same they will start at 27 and end at 29 like the vog starting at 26 dropping to 25 then jumping back up to 27.
