Theoretically they SHOULD be able to but they've somewhat hinted they aren't as good as we are. If you think about it it took them 45 minutes just to open the door....they knew how things played out but it still took them 45 minutes (in that time most if not all of the good raiding teams would be done with the Vault). So with that I'm pretty much set on they should be able to play the Strikes but I don't think they could.
