In Crucible the RNG is set up to reward one of the bottom players.
I have never and I mean NEVER seen the player who dominated on a team get an exotic.
I got Hard Light from a crucible match when I had a K/D of .56

Only time I've ever got an exotic from pvp was a plan c when I finished top by a significant margin. Random is random.

I normally kick butt on crucible like I'm talking decent like 1st-2nd place...then one day when I was out of my zone I came in second to last and got mida multi tool and I'm jut like "what??"
