If they can make it a high traffic area maybe but fact is since nobody passes through that area except to do missions it would either never be attacked or the 1 person in the area would lose to it they first need to implement something where your informed if there is a public event in another zone

I was thinking that maybe there could also be 2 or 3 patrol beacons there. That way, people could be there anyway patrolling. I totally get what you're saying though.
