Expansion pass already bought dude, and I understand that it's working as intended, the thing is that I believe that their intention wasn't beneficial to the players and could be improved through this change. I am suggesting that the player can do the raid a total of three times a week across their characters. So they could do it three times with one character, once with each of three characters or however else they would like to break up those three opportunities. And to be clear I'm only referring to the boss loot not the chests. Only having chests once a week will still provide a somewhat limited progression. I know that this current limitation is meant to slow progression but players just create multiple characters of the same class anyway to have those three chances so this limitation isn't exactly effective. This is just my opinion and my suggestion, which has been improved on by comments on this thread already.

All the chests in the raid only give ascendant materials with the exception of one that has a chance to drop exotics. All the "bosses" have a chance to drop Raid Armor which is the only way to progress to lvl 30. I'm afraid you're asking for too much. The current loot system was never designed to be beneficial to players. It's all based off randomness instead of merit. Plus, they're the ones that decided the drop rate. It's designed like a carrot on a stick, just teasing some players week after week to get to level 30. Granted, some people got it right away but some people WILL NEVER GET TO LEVEL 30. (raiding at least)
