Worst idea ever
1. Majority of the time players will not use mics and wont listen
2. Players who have not done the raid before who just want to dip a toe in and have a look about.
3. New players who genuinely want to give the raid a good go but no one else has mic
3. players who only have 10 minutes to play and cant commit required time to complete a raid
4. Afk
5. Players only farming 1 boss then leaving (I,e confluxes just for fusion rifle)
6. All of the above will likely result in rage quit so you will be standing around waiting for new players and in all likely hood repeating a number of the points again until rage quit

Not to talk about the griefing that will 99,99% surely happen. 1: Speed running in and opening chests before everyone else, meaning there's a chance they'll disappear 2: Blocking tight passages for the whole team, or parts of it 3: Intentionally doing so the entire team wipes, not shooting or calling out oracles, getting spotted by gorgons, taking the relic and not doing anything with it etc. 4: Intentionally not attacking Praetorians.
