I started collecting Legendaries/Exotics for my Warlock before I even started it. Same for my non-existent Titan.

I did this too, managed to level a Warlock from 8-24 in 6 hours because I had a full set of gear I'd found with my hunter and Titan.

Yup. I have 3 Exotics and 1 legendary for my Warlock. Once I hit 20 , I should be raid ready within the same day.

Same. I had a full set of Warlock gear, but wanted to raid with my Titan (who was missing a legendary helmet). Decided to dismantle the Warlock gear for some Ascendant Shards. That's what I get for being impatient!

It was a bad trade off, but it's not like you'll never get the gear you need. I've been VERY fortunate with shards, but only because I've been so UNFORTUNATE with every other Raid drop. Fortunately, my raid luck has made a big turnaround in the last couple weeks.

Yea, my 2 raid runs only resulted in Atheon's Epilogue and no gear (unless you count the Titan class item). Hopefully after reset I'll get a couple pieces of raid gear for my Warlock. Hope you get lucky too!

A lot of people struggle to get Atheon's Epilogue, so at least you have that going for you. It's a great weapon for killing Oracles. It took me ~14 raids to START getting raid gear(not counting Shattered Vault Cloak). The last 2 weeks have been a lot more generous to me though. Hang in there, you'll get your gear eventually.
