If you have this error again, go to settings and select "Restore Licenses" under the PSN tab. This has always worked for me in the past.

After over 45 minutes of frustration, and several Console and internet resets, THIS IS WHAT WORKS. Thanks Hydranoid4. I just missed out on the Weekly Nightfall with some buddies trying to sort this out. Was in the crucible just fine, go to orbit to join, then mass chaos. SMH
