It must not be new. That happened to me in a match a few weeks ago. Was killed by rockets before the first drop and way too frequently to be by legitimate ammo pickups. It was the same guy every time too.

It was an excessive amount of rockets that guy was using. It was a glitch. People have had short Crusible bans for doing it.
