I guess while I'm here... As someone who is on step B what exactly should I say when I call Comcast to get them to re-route?

  • I'm on Comcast also, in Denver. Pings to Apple, Google, Microsoft, and Netflix are all averaging under 40ms. No packet loss. Downloading stuff from Apple gets me better than 10MB/s. Downloading stuff from Playstation Store gets me about 5MB/min. I get frequent disconnects in Destiny, with errors like anteater, bee, and beaver. I don't know the server information for the Destiny servers to know the correct route to tell Comcast where things are broken. Does anyone have those IPs?

  • You'll need to speak to a technician, and ask them to re-route your internet connection. The route you take to connect to the servers has to be re-directed. But reports are coming in that the ISP's do not know what this means. So...it can be a hard thing to get accomplished.
