Public events
Every time I get a public event, the person I'm meant to kill somehow glitches and appears and their last checkpoint, then I fail it. Why?

There is a known issue with some VIP public event enemies teleporting incorrectly when getting knocked far off their route. The team is aware of this and is working on a fix.
