The time doesn't really coincide with when the event starts, it's just a good time to get to the area if you want to do an event. I normally don't see the events until 3 or 4 minutes past.

It's not even this, I literally was at "The Divide" for over an hour this morning. It's like the Public events are happening less. It used to be at least around the time on Public Events give or take 5 minutes, but since the interview, its almost like the Public Event site is worthless.

Exactly, I've used the website a million times, it's not new to me. I used to do like 20 public events a day with it. I'm telling you, they definitely changed. That site used to be 3 min within the actual event, now I haven't had the patience to get a single one.
