Hey Ninja! Thank you for taking the time and writing out this post. If the descriptions you have offered here help just one person out, I consider it a success! For those curious, much of what is described above can be found on our help pages, especially our NAT guide (http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11931). The language on our help page is a bit different though and while we will always point to our help pages, we also know that complex subjects can use additional explanation. I do want to offer a small warning to always show caution when adjusting network settings or configurations. Otherwise, thank you again for sharing your experiences RTB x NINJA.

  • Bungie can I ask why you couldn't be bothered to take the time to write this stuff out? How about instead of leaving it to paying consumers you fix these shitty problems yourself! Worst aftercare service ever, your product is quickly becoming the most unreliable and it's happening extremely fast!

  • Same issues, same cookie cutter response with a sign pointing towards a link that hasn't helped me at all. This problem is persisting and all you can do is give me the run around. I gave you $60 to play a game you lot have made unplayable. We've been made to feel like the fools long enough. I no longer want your services or empty promises about fixing what's been broken for so long now.

  • Bungie, If he is correct, maybe you should follow his suggestions and fix the problem on "your" end so we do not have to go through any of these steps. Seriously, I did not see the disclaimer when I purchased the game that stated, "You may or may not be able to play this game when you desire due to disconnect issues that are our fault, Bungie, but we will hover around the issue for months never fully taking responsibility for it because we will already have your money once you click purchase."

  • I have lost connection numerous times now, its not so frustrating when completing patrol mission however when doing strike missions its a huge waste of time, almost 15mins each time, getting to the final part of the strike and all of a sudden network lost, I recommend strange coins as compensation for my time at least it does not cost Bungie anything and I can buy some weapons

  • So Uh...you addressed Ninja which is cool (I'm sure he is a great Gamer and all) But credit where credit is due.... Honestly, whatever. As long as someone from Bungie read the message then I am good. BTW though, this short response does not count as 'communication.' We need some real, tangible, meaningful dialogue. Please.

  • Me too! I bought a Xbox One recently and my only game is Destiny. Now I'm having so many error codes like CATTLE and BANJO. We unhappily can't do nothing about this. Only to wait developers fix this issues on server.
