I've done the raid 14 times and i've never got any raid armour. I did however get the glass ship twice, chatterwhite 7 times, the cape from chests 3 times, vision of confluence twice, atheon's epilogue twice, Ice Breaker on the week that i bought it from Xur, hezen veangence (which i don't mind) and Found Verdict (which i did mind) as well as Suros Regime from the left Gorgon Maze chest. Other times i basically just got shards/energy's. I now have 90+ shards...
Don't talk about anything to do with being unlucky, because i feel i have it the worst here -_-
I'll probably just move onto another game at this rate. I'm not doing this for 10 years or however long they plan to keep this game going.
I would also like to mention i'm a level 29 hunter with fully upgraded legendary and exotic armour with multiple exotic and legendary weapons also many upgraded.
Update: 15th time i got my 3rd glass ship and 8th chatterwhite. I might start a collection...

I know your pain. When all else fails resort to superstitions. Change your Cloak and emblem. Join a different faction, whatever. I'm trying this out with my hunter this week. My Warlock character on the other hand has had the best luck when attempting the raid. Decent weapon drops with 3 raid gear drops after 2 full runs of the Raid on Normal. Not to mention RNGesus really seems to like that particular character in other aspects like Cryptarch and random drops from missions to exotic bounties. My hunter gets jack sh!t when it comes to loot and the a like. Now I can't say I have done the Raid as much as you but my Hunter is experiencing the same kind of pattern. I don't want your experience to be my hunter's future and insanity. I finally have been able to find a group of friends in this game to do these Raid more frequently but that hunter though. I shiver at every completed section and hear the screams of my fellow Gaurdians hitting Jackpot while I receive more constellation prizes.
