It honestly doesn't bother me, they can make it as hard as they want, i'm not gonna do hard raid because i get better rewards from normal. Heck i get better rewards from nightfall. It's all just topsy turvy. And it's really not necessary to do the raids... Next expansion is aimed for levels 28-32.

Problem is this raid starts at 26, but there are level 28 enemies. I assume the same level spread will apply to the Crota's End raid, entry level of 28 with level 30 end stage enemies. I'd much rather be 30 than 28/29 going in no matter what. That way i'm not getting outgunned everywhere.

Well that privilege isn't accessible to everyone. Which also sucks.
